Helping Crisis end homelessness

Our CEO & co founder Tim has set himself a slightly crazy challenge, to run every single day of 2020, why? well read on…

The homeless charity Crisis hasn’t stopped during the pandemic. Working with individuals, government and industry to achieve the extraordinary, like finding temporary housing for thousands in the span of a few weeks. They’ve also continued providing a range of support, from supplies to mental health and legal services. And campaigned to prevent others from losing their homes.

But the work is not over. As lockdown eases, many people face returning to the streets or to uncertain, unstable and sometimes dangerous living situations. And others are being pushed to the brink of homelessness for the first time.

Running to help

At ThinkCyber we’d like to do our bit. As we’ve noted, our CEO & co founder Tim has set himself this slightly crazy challenge, to run every single day of 2020 – a leap year, so even more runs than a normal year! And he’s raising money for Crisis as he does it. As of today he’s 300 runs through, 789 miles under his belt and just 66 runs to go.

ThinkCyber are supporting Tim’s efforts – we’d love it if others can donate too.

Just £28.22 can give someone a “Crisis Christmas”, that’s friendship and support, essential food and festive treats, a place to stay over Christmas and support throughout the rest of the year.
