The kick-off meeting
On Wednesday 22 of February, the City Corporation and City of London Police hosted the kick off meeting for the Cyber innovation challenge 2023. Ably chaired and introduced by Sarah Armstrong-Smith, Martin R Peters and Eleanor Savill, the meeting aimed to welcome a selected group of Financial and Professional Services and tech companies.
For ThinkCyber, it is fantastic to take part to this challenge sat round the table with the likes of Microsoft and Google as well as some excellent Cyber Security firms to bring our insights together.
The scope
FPS remain some of the most targeted industry sector by cyber attacks. As threats are evolving, the challenge will work to meet the increasing need for more innovative solutions for these markets.
As expected, ThinkCyber introduced the need to take the human factor into consideration and hope to see this come through in the challenge set.
